Yes, you can add multiple eligible Visa cards to your Visa Airport Companion account. Simply navigate to the membership page and select 'Add new membership' to enter the details of your additional card. Once validated, a new membership linked to that card will be created. You can easily switch between memberships by selecting 'Switch membership' on the membership page.

Each secondary cardholder must register their own account with Visa Airport Companion App, using their personal details, including their name as per their passport and their email address. Lounge staff will verify the name on the Visa Airport Companion App profile, and entry will be denied if it does not match the cardholder’s identity.

Yes, you can enable offline access through your device’s biometrics. Upon registration, you will be prompted to enable offline access, however this must be completed while the App is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data. This feature can also be managed in the 'Account' section under 'Security'. When offline, you will see a prompt on the login page to view your membership without internet. Confirm using your biometrics to proceed.

If your Visa benefits allow for fast track lanes bookings, you will see the fast track lanes module on your Home screen or in Explore. You will be able to select a fast track lane to book from there. Generally, users will be able to decide to use available entitlements or to pay-as-you-go with your card linked in the app. Note that not all programs will have this benefit enabled and not all programs will be allowed to use pay-as-you-go.

Yes, you will need your boarding pass, as well as your fast track lanes pass to get through the fast track lane. Please ensure that you have all documentation ready before entering the fast track lane.

Once you have ordered fast track lanes pass in the app, you’ll get a confirmation email with your pass attached. The pass has a QR code you’ll need to show at the fast track lane. You can also find your booking in the app under "Upcoming Bookings" or "My Trips", along with all your past, current, and future fast track lanes bookings.

Yes, there is a Fair Use policy in place. This policy allows only one entitlement, plus guest allowance if applicable, to be used within a 3-hour period across all benefits, even if you move to another airport. If you exceed this limit, you might still access airport benefits on a pay-as-you-go basis, depending on the benefit and your program.

Yes, you can book for family and friends by adding their full names (as shown on their travel documents) during the passenger step. You can add up to 6 passengers, unless airport rules limit this. Depending on your program, you may need to pay for extra guests if your benefits don’t cover them. Please note Cardholder who made the booking must be present with Guests when going through the fast track lane.

Cancellation policies depend on the airport you booked fast track lanes for. To see if cancellations are allowed and the deadline to cancel, check the 'Upcoming Bookings' section, the notes in your confirmation email, or the product description in the app. If cancellations are allowed, you’ll find the option in 'Upcoming Bookings' or 'My Trips’.

Unfortunately, the participating airport, Visa & Dragonpass cannot guarantee availability of the fast track lanes, a maximum or minimum queue length, or that the fast track lanes queue time will be the quickest option. In most cases fast track lanes will be the quickest option, however, we are unable to offer any refunds for your fast track lanes booking if this is not the case.
